Value Engineering
Value, as defined, is the ratio of function to cost. Value engineering is a systematic method of improving the “value” of goods and services by using an examination of function. Value can be manipulated by either improving the function or reducing the cost. We at New Earth Contracting improve the function, we base our services on responsibility, social and economic advancement.
